Rochester Real Estate Market Continues To Do Well.

Despite the turbulent trends experienced elsewhere in the country, population growth, numbers of single family homes sold, and average home prices have remained consistent.  Some sectors of market were up slightly last year while the majority held steady. 

In the past ten years Rochester has not experienced high double digit appreciation, and in recent, has not experienced market depreciation.  This reflects the community’s conservative move-ahead nature.
